The KB village program was initiated in 2016 and was designed as a pattern of community empowerment in managing the KB village. The principle of KB village management is from, by and for the community with the aim of community development. The government provides assistance to provide stimulation and then the community takes responsibility for the process. This research was carried out in Semelinang Darat Village, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The aim of this research is to find out how the quality family village program is implemented in Semelinang Darat Village. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation. This research uses Budiani's theory in Suryo Cipto Nugroho 2021 to measure the effectiveness of the Quality Family Village Program, there are four indicators, namely the Target precision program, the Socialization program, the Goal Achievement program, the Monitoring program. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the Quality Family Village Program in Semelinang Darat Village, Indrigiri Hulu Regency has not been effective, this is caused by several factors, namely the lack of community participation in participation, lack of facilities and infrastructure, lack of knowledge of the KB Village cadres. The resulting conclusion that the implementation of the family planning village program in Semelinang Darat Village is still not optimal can be seen from the targets which are not yet optimal, community participation in the program is still not effective, and the facilities and infrastructure are not adequate.
