PT Office. PLN sub-sector of Operational Information Technology Systems (STI) for Riau and Riau Islands in managing archiving and printing of budget letters is currently still done manually using archive books, causing difficulties, difficulties experienced when still using archive books for archiving, namely limited accessibility, limited space. storage, limitations in searching and can lose data due to its physical nature. The aim of this research is to build a website-based information system that can store and simplify the submission of budget letters for the Information Technology Systems (STI) sub-sector at PT PLN. The development and modeling method uses UML (Unified Modeling Language), namely: Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram and Activity Diagram. This system was created using the PHP programming language, using the Laravel framework, and Laragon as a web server so that this system can make it easier for PLN employees to manage budget letter documents at the PT Office. PLN operational Information Technology Systems sub-sector for Riau and Riau Islands. The results of this research show that this application can increase efficiency, detail and provide better quality in making operational budget letters in the office, it can also make it easier for admins to make letters and can distribute them to management to know. With this system, it is hoped that it can help and make it easier to create digital budget letters.
