ABSTRACT
Bok choy cultivation is a farming business carried out in the Mustang Farmers
Group, Maharatu Village, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City. The aim of
this research is to (1) analyze the income of bok choy farming in the Mustang
Farming Group, (2) analyze the feasibility of bok choy farming in the Mustang
Farming Group. This research was conducted using the census method. The
respondents in this study were 14 people. The results of the research show that the
income of bok choy farmers in the Mustang Farmers Group is Rp.
59,503,572/ha/MT obtained from an average revenue of Rp. 111,428,571/ha/MT
and the total costs incurred were Rp. 51,925,000/ha/MT. The R/C ratio value of
bok choy farming is 2.20 and the B/C ratio value is 1.20 and the Break Event
Point (BEP) value of production and price is 3,555 kg and Rp. 2,788 and farmers
are able to obtain production and prices above the BEP basis. So that bok choy
farming in the Mustang Farming Group is feasible.
