Kampar Kiri Hilir sub-district is one of the sub-districts in Kampar Regency which has the potential of the freshwater fisheries sub-sector businnes because it is supported by natural resources in the form of the Kampar Kiri River. This study aims to : (1) to calculate the economic value of capture fisheries resources in the Kampar River, Mentulik Village, Kampar Kiri Hilir sub-district, (2) to analyze the factors affecting the production of capture fisheries resources in the Kampar Kiri River, Mentulik Village, Kampar Kiri Hilir sub-district. Data processing and analysis methods were carried out using the Effect On Production (EOP) approach from estimating consumer surplus and multiple linear analysis. The results showed a consumer surplus value of IDR 825.213.613,2/fisherman/year, so that the economic value of capture fisheries resources in Mentulik Village was IDR 111.549.612,8/ fisherman/year and the demand function of capture fisheries in Mentulik Village was influenced by price (X1), income (X2), and age (X5).
