This study aims to determine the influence of variables (1) Authentic
Leadership of the Principal, (2) Work Climate on (3) Social Competence of
Teachers at SMKN 1 Kuantan Mudik. This type of research is quantitative with
the method used in this study is a survey method with a sampling technique,
namely Random sampling, namely taking samples randomly. The data collection
technique used in this study is a questionnaire (Authentic Leadership and Work
Climate on the variable of teacher social competence). The results of this study
indicate the influence of teacher social competence on teacher social competence,
the results of the partial hypothesis test indicate that the significance value is
3.507 by comparing the calculated t and t table, namely (3.507> 1671) then the
hypothesis is accepted the conclusion is because the calculated t value and t table
(3.507> 1671) and significance is smaller than 0.05 (0.001 1671) and the significance is less than
0.05 (0.000
