Penerapan Model Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw Berbasis Nilai Multikultural Untuk Meningkatkan Keaktifan Belajar Sejarah Siswa Kelas XI IPS 2 SMAN 1 Pangkalan Lesung Kabupaten Pelalawan
Student learning activity is one of the most important basic elements for the success of the learning process, it contains student activities through various interactions and learning experiences in the classroom. Teachers must have the ability to manage teaching patterns by using or applying appropriate learning models. This study aims to (1) determine the activities of teachers using the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model based on multicultural values in history learning at SMAN 1 Pangkalan Lesung, Pelalawan Regency, (2) To determine student activities in history learning with the application of the Jigsaw based cooperative learning model. multicultural values at SMAN 1 Pangkalan Lesung, Pelalawan Regency, (3) To see the activeness of students in history subjects after the implementation of the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model based on multicultural values at SMAN 1 Pangkalan Lesung, Pelalawan Regency. This research is a classroom action research with data collection techniques through observation and documentation. The subjects in this study were students of class XI IPS 2 SMAN 1 Pangkalan Lesung. The data analysis technique used teacher observation sheets, student observation sheets, student multicultural values observation sheets and student learning activity observation sheets. The procedure of this research consists of stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of this study indicate an increase in student learning activity after applying the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model based on multicultural values, with the total score of teacher activity in cycle I reaching a score of 29, teacher activity in cycle II reaching a score of 36. student learning activity in cycle 1 achieving a score of 687 and in the second cycle of student learning activities reached a score of 841. The multicultural value of students in the first cycle reached a score of 616 and in the second cycle it reached a score of 756. While the active learning of students in the first cycle reached 37.78% and the second cycle reached 76.96% and already fulfilled the category high with a success indicator of 75%.
