Pengaruh Pemberian Fermentasi Limbah Cair Tahu Dengan Dosis Yang Berbeda Terhadap Kelimpahan Chlorella Sp.
Nutrients contained in liquid tofu waste makes it as one of the alternatives to nutrients in Chlorella sp. media culture. The purpose of this research is to find the effects of the addition of fermented liquid tofu waste to the growth of Chlorella sp. and to find the best dose for Chlorella sp. growth. The research was conducted from August to September of 2023, lasting up to 14 days at the Laboratory of Aquaculture Quality, Aquaculture Major, Fisheries and Marine Faculty of Riau University. Method used is experimental method with Completely Randomized Design (CRD) one factorial with four treatment and 3 times repetition. Treatment used is P0 0% fermented liquid tofu waste (control), P1 2.5% namely 25 mL fermented liquid tofu waste plus 975 mL aquades, P2 5% namely 50 mL fermented liquid tofu waste plus 950 mL aquades and P3 7.5% namely 75 mL fermented liquid tofu waste plus 925 mL aquades. Research shows that the best treatment for Chlorella sp. density is P1 with 25mL/L as fermented
liquid tofu waste dose with the highest density of 996.33x103 cell.mL-1 on the seventh day and specific growth rate at 0.61x103cell.mL-1/day. The water quality
on this research were on the optimal range that could support the growth of Chlorella sp. that is temperature at 30°C-33°C, pH 4-8, DO 0,00-7,75mg/L, nitrate 0.49-1.97 mg/L and phosphate 0.72-1.97 mg/L.
