Pertumbuhan Bibit Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq.) Pada Main Nursery Yang Diberi Pupuk Npkmg Dan Pupuk Hayati Petrobio
ABSTRACT
This study was conducted using a completely randomized factorial design (CRD) consisting of two factors. The first factor was NPKMg fertilizer with three levels: N1: 30.5 g, N2: 36.5 g, and N3: 42.5 g per polybag; the second factor was Petrobio biofertilizer with three levels: P1: 20 g, P2: 40 g, and P3: 60 g per polybag. The parameters observed included the increase in plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, root volume, dry seedling weight. The data obtained were statistically analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), and significant results were further tested using the Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) test at the 5% level. The interaction between NPKMg fertilizer and Petrobio biofertilizer significantly affected stem diameter increment, fresh shoot weight, and root volume. Application of NPKMg fertilizer significantly influenced plant height increment, stem diameter increment, fresh shoot weight, root volume, and seedling dry weight. Application of Petrobio biofertilizer significantly affected plant height increment, stem diameter increment, leaf number increment, fresh shoot weight, root volume, and seedling dry weight in oil palm seedlings of the D x P PPKS 540 variety aged 3 – 7 months. The application of 36.5 g NPKMg fertilizer and 40 g Petrobio biofertilizer per polybag was effective in enhancing the growth of oil palm seedlings during the main nursery phase in Ultisol soil.
