ABSTRACT
The management of cooperation activities at the Faculty of Engineering, Riau University was previously carried out using Google Spreadsheet or conventionally. In the process of collecting and distributing documents and document templates, it is still done using the WhatsApp application so that this process takes time and documents cannot always be obtained quickly. In addition, monitoring the duration of cooperation is still done by checking one by one each cooperation so that it allows the duration of cooperation to be missed or not monitored properly. This research aims to design and build a cooperation information system to support the centralized process of managing cooperation at the Faculty of Engineering. The development method used is the Prototype method. System testing using the ISO 25010 standard shows excellent results, functional suitability scored 100%, respondents' satisfaction was high, and the majority of respondents strongly agreed that the solution built was able to solve the problem based on the modus value and standard deviation, performance efficiency with a score of 98 on desktop and 74 on mobile, usability is included in the category of high evaluation, low variance, and excellent benchmark, reliability testing, maintainability, and security get score A, portability gets a score of 100%, and compatibility also gets a score of 100%. Thus, the Faculty of Engineering cooperation information system has been able to become a solution in centralized cooperation management and is able to run well.
