Pengaruh Jumlah Industri Besar Dan Sedang, Upah Minimum Dan Tenaga Kerja Terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (Pdrb) Di Provinsi Riau

ABSTRACT
This research was conducted in Riau Province to determine the effect of the
number of large and medium industries, minimum wages and employment on
GRDP in Riau Province. The method used is quantitative method with secondary
data, and uses multiple linear regression models using EViews software as the
analytical tool. The data used in this study are sourced from the Central Bureau
of Statistics (BPS) of Riau Province in Figures (2014-2024). The results of this
study indicate that partially (t test). large and medium industry variables (X1)
(0.5190> 0.05) and employment (X3) (0.9350> 0.05), then have a negative effect
on GRDP in Riau Province. The minimum wage variable (X2) (0.0154 < 0.05)
has a positive effect on GRDP in Riau Province. While simultaneously (F test)
large and medium industry variables (X1), minimum wage (X2) and labor
absorption (X3) have a significant effect on GRDP in Riau Province together with
the Prob (Sig) value (0.0020
