Analisis Pencapaian Target Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS) Tanpa Kemiskinan Di Provinsi Riau

This study aims to analyze the achievement of indicators and programs related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) without poverty. Poverty is a condition that describes a household, community, or individual living in deprivation, particularly in meeting basic needs. This can lead to inequality and injustice in the economic structure. In order to achieve the goal of ending poverty by 2030, all stakeholders are striving to implement various policies, programs, and activities to achieve the target set for Riau Province at 5. 86% of this consists of poverty eradication, the implementation of social protection, the fulfillment of economic resources and access to basic services, reducing community vulnerability to disasters, as well as strengthening policies and mobilizing various resources to end existing poverty. The poverty rate in rural areas has consistently been higher than in urban areas over the past 10 years, although the gap has been narrowing. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and the Regional Development Planning Agency of Riau Province. The method used is the BaU scenario method, which includes forecasting, trends, and scenario design using Microsoft Excel. The results of the study indicate that the government has not yet been able to achieve zero poverty in Riau Province.

The government has successfully implemented programs related to population profile management, disaster management, and housing development. However, it has not yet successfully implemented programs related to family empowerment and welfare improvement, fulfillment of children's rights and child protection, access to drinking water services, access to basic sanitation services, and access to government health facilities.

This study is expected to provide input to the Riau Provincial Government to eradicate poverty from the SDGs indicators. The author can also gain a deeper understanding of the Sustainable Development Goals program without poverty in Riau Province, and it can be used as support or inspiration for other researchers on SDGs.
