Analisis Kelayakan Finansial Cafe Green Olive Eatery Dengan Konsep Functional Food Di Kota Pekanbaru
ABSCTRACT
This study aims to determine the feasibility of a functional food cafe business in the city of Pekanbaru. This research uses a case study of Green Olive Eatery, a cafe that uses the functional food concept in the city of Pekanbaru. The data used in this study are primaty and secondary. Primary data were obtained directly from respondents through interviews and documentation, while secondary data were obtained from government agencies. The method used to analyze the data in this study is quantitative analysis. The result of this study indicate that this business is viable with an NVP of Rp26,498,300 over the 2021-2025 periods, a payback period of 3 years, 6 months, 18 days, IRR of 18%, R/C Ratio of Rp1.11 and an B/C Ratio of Rp1.09, indicating that the business is efficient in generating income greater than the costs incurred.
