The purpose of this research is to know the small medium business market of shrimp shrimp crackers in Retr Sub-district Indragiri Hilir Regency and to find out any problems or constraints faced in running the business of shrimp shrimp cracker in Reteh Sub-district Indragiri Hilir Regency. The population in this study is as a place of business that sells and produces prawn cracker shrimp in the District of Reteh which amounted to 8 places of business.
The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive with the feasibility analysis tool of the business, by reviewing the aspects of feasibility study that is review on financial aspect and non financial aspect. In non-financial aspects through a review of the market, raw materials and socioeconomic aspects, as well as an overview of financial aspects through financial feasibility reviews by calculating Net Present Value (NPV), B / C Ratio and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) values.
The results of this study indicate that the non-financial aspect views on small and medium industries of shrimp chip crackers in Retr Sub-district Indragiri Hilir Regency have prospects and feasible to be developed, as well as financial aspect reviews through feasibility calculation showing NPV = 615.185.992> 0, B / C Ratio 1,544> 1 and IRR value 16.40%> 12. From the calculation shows that small and medium industry of shrimp chip cracker in Reteh Sub-district Indaragiri Hilir Regency has prospect and feasible to be developed.
