Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan Lapangan Pt. Rigunas Agri Utama Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu

This research was conducted at PT. Rigunas Agri Utama Indragiri Hulu District. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work environment variables partially or simultaneously to the spirit of employees at PT. Rigunas Agri Utama Indragiri Hulu District. The population in this study were field employees totaling 110 employees and 52 employees sampled. The research variables used are Compensation and Work Environment as independent variable and Spirit of Work as dependent variable. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 for windows program.
The result of this research concludes that the compensation and work environment variable partially or simultaneously influenced significantly to the spirit of work. The calculation of coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.621 means that the contribution of independent variable (compensation and work environment) to the dependent variable (morale) is 62.1%, while the rest of 37.9% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this regression model.
