RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN PERPUSTAKAAN BERBASIS WEBSITE PADA SMA NEGERI 6 MANDAU
              SMA Negeri 6 Mandau is one of the outstanding schools located on Jalan Lintas 
Duri Dumai KM 18 Sebangar, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency, Riau 
Province. The SMA Negeri 6 Mandau library is managed by two librarians who 
are on duty every day, managing the book inventory which is recorded in the 
ledger as well as the process of borrowing and returning books which still uses a 
sheet of paper containing information on the borrower and the books borrowed. 
Apart from that, this library also provides guest books in the form of large books. 
The library management process that still uses manual methods is less than 
optimal. Considering these conditions, changes, and developments in library 
management are very necessary to increase efficiency and use of data. This 
research aims to help students in the process of borrowing and returning books, 
making it easier for librarians to manage inventory and guestbook data, as well 
as monitor the management of borrowing and returning books. System 
development was carried out using the prototype method. The library 
management information system uses the Laravel framework and the Bootstrap 
framework using a text editor in the form of Visual Studio code, the PHP 
programming language, and MySQL as the database. There is an additional 
feature in the form of WhatsApp notifications to users regarding book returns. 
Researchers use JavaScript in the Node.js runtime environment using the API 
provided by the WhatsApp service to send messages. For testing the library 
management information system using the ISO 25010 standard consisting of 
functional suitability aspects which obtained 100% results. Testing the reliability 
aspect using SonarQube obtained an A value which stated that there were no bugs

in the system. Testing the maintainability aspect using SonarQube obtained an A 
value from 454 code smells detected during testing. Testing the performance 
efficiency aspect using Google PageSpeeds Insights got a score of 89 which 
indicates that system performance is fast and good. The portability aspect test 
obtained a score of 100% on the four browsers tested, this states that the system 
runs smoothly for each browser. Compatibility aspect testing obtained 100% 
results using 12 different types of laptop and smartphone devices, this shows that 
the system runs smoothly. Testing the security aspect using SonarQube obtained 
an A result, which states that the system can be used safely. The final test of the 
usability aspect of the User Experience Questionnaire results showed that the 
attractiveness aspect was worth 2.19, perspicuity was worth 1.95, efficiency was 
worth 2.11, dependability was worth 2.17, stimulation was worth 2.19, and the 
novelty aspect was worth 2.10. The results of the various aspects obtained were 
included in the "Excellent" and "Good" so it is suitable for use.
