Analisis Penetapan Jalur Evakuasi Dan Titik Kumpul Bencana Banjir Di Sungai Senapelan Kecamatan Senapelan
ABSTRACT
Senapelan Sub-district in Pekanbaru City is one of the areas prone to one of the areas that is quite vulnerable to flooding, especially around the Senapelan River. This risk requires an effective mitigation strategy, including the planning of evacuation routes and the establishment of safe gathering points. This research aims to analyze and design evacuation routes and gathering point locations based on the existing conditions of the area, road network, and distribution of settlements. The approach used involves Geographic Information System (GIS) with Digital Elevation Model (DEM) data and the application of the dijkstra algorithm to determine the shortest and most efficient evacuation route. Seven parameters were used in the assessment of evacuation routes: flood simulation results, road length and width, road condition and surface, presenceof bridges, and road direction. The analysis resulted in three optimal evacuation routes in Kampung Baru Village, all of which lead to the Nurul Islam Mosque as the main evacuation point with a capacity of 367 people.
