This study aims to determine the influence of variables (1) principal
leadership on the performance of PPKn teachers, (2) school culture on the
performance of PPKn teachers, (3) principal leadership and school culture on the
performance of PPKn teachers in State Senior High Schools in Pekanbaru City.
Type of research This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear
regression analysis techniques. The study population consisted of 51 PPKn
teachers in State Senior High Schools in Pekanbaru City, and all of them were
sampled using saturated sampling techniques. Data were collected through
questionnaires and documentation studies, then analyzed using SPSS statistical
software.
The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of principal
leadership on the performance of PPKn teachers, the results of the partial
hypothesis test indicate that the significant value is 0.000
