Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Kimia Farma Trading And Distribution Pekanbaru
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and compensation
on employee performance at PT. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution
Pekanbaru. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis
with a sample of 43 respondents taken by total sampling. The results of the
study indicate that leadership style has a t count of 3,880, greater than the t
table of 2,018, with a probability value of 0.000, which indicates a positive and
significant partial influence on employee performance. Furthermore, the
compensation variable also shows a t count of 2,361, higher than the t table of
2,018, with a probability of 0.002, indicating a significant positive influence on
employee performance. The results of the study also show that there is a
positive and significant influence between leadership style and compensation on
employee performance simultaneously. These findings support recent theories
on leadership and motivation, and demonstrate the importance of effective
management in improving employee performance. Therefore, it is recommended
that companies consider developing leadership strategies and compensation
policies that are oriented towards improving employee performance as a step
towards achieving organizational goals more effectively.
