ABSTRACT
This research aims to develop an intelligent system capable of detecting and repelling wild boar pests in plantations. Wild boars are known as agricultural crop destroyers, often causing significant losses for farmers in Indonesia, especially in areas close to forests and mountains. With the increasing need to protect crops such as corn, bananas, and coffee, technology emerges as a crucial solution. The proposed system integrates Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to effectively detect the presence of wild boars and repel them using a specially designed tool. This research encompasses several stages, including a literature review to understand relevant concepts and technologies, system design, and tool testing in the form of a prototype. The results of this study are expected to make a significant contribution to safeguarding agricultural yields and enhancing the welfare of farmers in Indonesia, while also reducing reliance on traditional repelling methods.
