Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Retensi Karyawan Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru
Human resources are a crucial factor in determining the success of a company, including in the hospitality sector. Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru, as a hospitality service provider, faces challenges in retaining competent employees amid increasingly fierce competition. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee retention at Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru. The problem in this study is that there are indications that employee retention is not yet fully optimal and requires further attention so that the company can retain employees sustainably. This study is a quantitative study using a questionnaire or survey data collection technique. Data obtained from the questionnaire results were collected using proportional random sampling techniques and then processed and analyzed using SPSS 30 software. The sample size for this study was set at 105 respondents from a population of 142, calculated using the Slovin formula. The analysis results indicate that leadership has a significant influence on employee retention. Furthermore, organizational culture has a significant influence on employee retention, and leadership and organizational culture together have a significant influence on employee retention at Hotel Pangeran Pekanbaru.
