Pengaruh Bio-Urin Sapi Terhadap Pertumbuhan Setek Tanaman Jeruk Lemon (Citrus Limon L.)

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of cow Bio-urine on the growth of lemon cuttings and to obtain the best concentration to increase the growth of lemon cuttings. The research was carried out experimentally which consisted of 5 treatments and was arranged using a randomized block design (RBD). The treatment given was the concentration of cow Bio-urine consisting of: 0%, 12.5%, 25%, 37.5%, and 50%. Each treatment was repeated 4 times so that 20 experimental units were obtained. Each experimental unit consisted of 5 lemon cuttings, for a total of 100 cuttings, all were observed. Parameters observed were shoot emergence age, percentage of live seedlings, number of shoots, shoot length, shoot fresh weight, shoot dry weight, root length, and root volume. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it shows that the concentration of cow Bio-urine does not affect all parameters. A concentration of 0% (without cow Bio-urine) tended to give better results on the growth of lemon cuttings, namely the age of emergence of shoots was significantly faster and the percentage of live seedlings was significantly higher compared to the treatment with a concentration of cow Bio-urine of 12.5% and relatively the same as other treatments.
