Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Reward Dan Punishment Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Ptpn V) Unit Kebun Sei Lindai Kabupaten Kampar
ABSTRACT
This research aim to determine the influence of Workload, Rewards and
Punishment on Employee Performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (PTPN
V) Sei Lindai Garden Unit, Kampar Regency. The population in this study were
all Executive Employees (Karpel) of Afdeling I-V at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V
(PTPN V) Sei Lindai Garden Unit, Kampar Regency. The sampling
technique used in this research was the Simple Random Sampling technique with
a sample size of 70 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple
linear regression analysis with the SPSS test tool. The research results show that
Workload has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Reward
has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Punishment has a
positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and Workload, Reward
and Punishment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on
Employee Performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (PTPN V) Sei Lindai
Garden Unit, Kampar Regency.
