Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance Dan Manajemen Risiko Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Dengan Intellectual Capital Sebagai Variabel Moderating (Studi Pada Perusahaan Perbankan Di Indonesia Tahun 2012-2017)

This study aims to determine the effect of Institutional Ownership, Public
Ownership, Non Performing Loans, Loan to Deposit Ratio on bank profitability.
To analyze the effect of IC moderating Institutional Ownership, Public
Ownership, Non-Performing Loans and Loan to Deposit Ratio on bank
profitability.
The population in this study are all banks listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange. The total number of banks registered in Indonesia in 2012-2017 was
45 companies. The sample in this study were 33 companies. The sampling
technique uses purposive sampling. Analysis of the data in this study is Moderated
Regression Analysis (MRA).
The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership has a
significant effect on profitability. Public ownership has no effect and is significant
on profitability. The results showed that NPL had a significant effect on
profitability. The results showed that the LDR had a significant effect on
profitability. The results showed that intellectual capital was not able to moderate
the effect of institutional ownership on profitability. The results showed that
intellectual capital was able to moderate the effect of public ownership on
profitability. The results showed that Intellectual capital is able to moderate the
effect of NPL on Profitability. The results showed that Intellectual capital is able
to moderate the effect of LDR on profitability.
