Perencanaan Fasilitas Pengolahan Tanah Terkontaminasi Minyak Bumi Dengan Metode Bioremediasi Landfarming Di Pt Pertamina Gas Operation Rokan Area
PT Pertamina Gas Operation Rokan Area is oil and gas companies that operates in the petroleum distribution network in the Rokan Working Area. The greater the company's operations, the greater the chance of environmental pollution due to petroleum spills. Environmental pollution that often occurs is pollution of the soil that causes petroleum-contaminated soil (PCS). An alternative solution in processing petroleum-contaminated soil that is commonly used is bioremediation. The bioremediation method is an effort to restore the quality of contaminated soil with the help of microorganisms that can degrade contaminants into food sources. This research discusses the planning of landfarming bioremediation facilities as a solution to overcome soil pollution by petroleum waste at PT Pertamina Gas Operation Rokan Area. The landfarming bioremediation method was selected as the most suitable technology based on financial aspects, ease of operation and maintenance, and compatibility with environmental conditions at the site. The planning process includes assessing the suitability of the treatment site, determining the dimensions and completeness of the landfarming bioremediation treatment unit, SOPs, and cost analysis by considering design criteria and applicable regulations. The process facility is planned to have the main facilities of the bioremediation treatment cell and supporting facilities for operation activities. The result of the research obtained the planned processing facility area is 1.400 m2 with a processing capacity of 25 tons in one processing cycle. The total cost required in the construction of this facility is Rp 3.697.481.932,10.
