Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Anggota Koperasi Serba Usaha (Ksu) Rejosari Di Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine of service quality, determine the satisfaction of members of the Rejosari multi-purpose cooperative (KSU), analyze the effect of service quality on the satisfaction of members of the Rejosari multi-purpose cooperative (KSU) in Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The number of samples in this study were 76 respondents,the sampling method used was purposive sampling. Analysis of the data to determine the objectives of the first and second research used a likert scale, while to determine the third objective, multiple linear regression analysis was used. The results showed that service quality as tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy were in the good category. The satisfaction of members of the Rejosari multi-business cooperative (KSU) can be seen from the assessment of satisfaction in the good category. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction of the Rejosari multi-purpose cooperative (KSU)..
