Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Dan Dampaknya Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bank Mandiri Pekanbaru
This study aimed to examine and analyze the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on performance with commitment as intervening variable. The study was conducted in PT. Bank Mandiri Pekanbaru.
The data used consist of primary and secondary data. Data were collected by using questionnaires that given to 116 employees of PT. Bank Mandiri Pekanbaru that used Slovin Formula. Descriptive analysis method is used to describe the characteristics of respondents and the research hyphotheses by using relevant statistical tests. Variables used are motivation and job satisfaction as independent variable, performance as dependent variable and commitment to intervening or modiation variable. Analyzer used is path analysis by using program of SPSS 21 for windows.
The results of this study conclude that motivation has a direct influence significantly on performance, the job satisfaction directly influence significantly to performance and commitment have a significant effect on performance. Indirectly, commitment has positive mediation role on the influence of motivation on performance and commitment has a positive mediation role on the influence of job satisfaction on performance. The improvement of motivation effectiveness and job satisfaction are recommended in order to optimize employee performance and commitment.
