Analisis Kesediaan Membayar (Willingness To Pay) Konsumen Terhadap Sayuran Organik Di Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine consumer characteristics, the value of consumers’
willingness to pay and what factors affect the level of consumer willingness to pay for
organic vegetables in Pekanbaru City. The research was conducted at a market or
supermarket in Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and
quota sampling. Respondents in this study are consumers of organic vegetable products
at the Pekanbaru City Supermarket, adults, have income and are responsible for food
shopping both for themselves and their families. The sample used in this study was 100
respondents. The statistical method used to test the research hypothesis is multiple linear
regression analysis using spss software version 25.00. The results of this study indicate
that the influential variable is the income variable consumers with a regression
coefficient of 0.184 and significant value 0.042 (alpha
