Kualitas Pelayanan Pramusaji Di Pepito Restaurant Comforta Hotel Dumai
Service has a major influence on the success of service-based businesses such as hotel. This study aims to determine the level of service quality that was implemented by the hotel. This research was conducted at the Comfotra Hotel, precisely at Pepito restaurant. A restaurant that is located at Jendral Sudirman Street number 58,Dumai city, Riau, 28826. This study used qualititative descriptive method to process data obtained in the field by means of observation, interview, questinnaires. All the information in this study obtained by collecting sample from 100 respondents. The samples studied until it becomes a single unit that brings a conclusion inthis study. Data collection techniques that used were observation, interview, and questionnaires. Based on the results of reserch that has been conducted , the service quality of waiters and waiteress at pepito restaurant Comforta Hotel Dumai are not fully good, there are still some serious complaints, so the restaurant and hotel management hope to improve service quality.
