Peranan Penilaian Kinerja Terhadap Peningkatan Komitmen Organisasi Melalui Disiplin Dan Motivasi Kerja Pada Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Pelalawan
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of performance appraisal on organizational commitment both directly and through discipline and work motivation. The research was conducted by survey method quantitative research. The population in this study were all civil servants at the Pelalawan District DPRD Secretariat. The sampling technique used was a census with a total of 55 employees. To process the data that has been obtained from the questionnaire and test the hypothesis that using a computer tool with the WarpPLS program. These data are then processed using validity, reliability, and Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis techniques to test the hypothesis. The results showed that performance appraisal had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment both directly and indirectly through discipline and work motivation. Work discipline has a direct or indirect influence on organizational commitment through work motivation. While work motivation has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment.
