Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Displin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Dosen Perguruan Tinggi Swasta Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable. The population in this study were all permanent lecturers who worked at Private Universities in Indragiri Hulu Regency as many as 104 people. Sampling using the census method that is to make the entire population as a research sample. Data analysis used path analysis SPSS.
The results showed that leadership and work discipline have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Then leadership, work discipline and job satisfaction significantly influence lecturer performance. Furthermore, leadership and work discipline have a significant effect on lecturer performance through job satisfaction. This means that job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of leadership and work discipline on lecturer performance.
