Pengaruh Pelaksanaan Promosi Dan Lokasi Toko Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen Pada Yamaha Music Pekanbaru
The research was conducted at Yamaha Music Pekanbaru, which is located on
Jalan Jend. Sudirman No. 3, Pekanbaru, Riau. To determine the effect of promotion
and store location on consumer buying interest partially and simultaneously. This
research uses quantitative descriptive analysis method with SPSS program. The
population in this study were all consumers of Yamaha Music Pekanbaru in 2020 as
many as 9,492 and the sample from this study was 100 respondents who were
determined by non-probability sampling technique with accidental sampling
technique which was then formulated using the slovin formula.
Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test,
multiple linear analysis, determination analysis and hypothesis testing with t test and
F test. The results of this study showed the results of the t-test hypothesis of
promotion on buying interest, namely seen t count of 3.786 > t table 1.98, it means
that promotion has an effect on buying interest. Second, the location of the store on
buying interest is t count 3.432 > t table 1.98, meaning that the location of the store
has an effect on buying interest. The F test of the results of the promotion and store
location on buying interest is F count = 25,159 > F table = 3.09, meaning that
promotion and store location affect buying interest simultaneously.
