Evaluasi Time Schedule Menggunakan Network Planning Pada Proyek Pembangunan Showroom Dan Workshop Bmw Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
The construction project of BMW Showroom and Workshop in Pekanbaru city
was planned to be completed within 240 days. However, the implementation in
the field was not in accordance with the time schedule at the beginning of the
planning. This is due to delays in several work items that affect the project
completion time. The purpose of this research is to find out the optimization of the
planned time schedule and carry out an evaluation and analysis process to
minimize delays and be able to find out the comparison of the time schedule
before and after evaluation. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the scheduling or
time management of the project by evaluating the duration of work referring to the
coefficient of Analysis of Unit Price of Work (AHSP) and analyzing the time
schedule using network planning critical path method. The acceleration effort
made is by adding labor to the jobs included in the critical path. The results
showed that the project completion time could be completed within 237 days from
the realization time in the field which took 282 days. Thus the project can save
time for 45 days with the addition of 25 workers and can save labor costs of
Rp12,310,000.00 (Twelve million three hundred ten thousand rupiah).
