Analisis Manajemen Proyek Menggunakan Network Planning Pada Pekerjaan Fisik Pembangunan Qur’an Centre – Tahap 1
ABSTRACT
In the Physical Work Project for the Development of the Qur’an Centre Phase 1 in th city of Pekanbaru, it is planned to be completed within 150 days. However, the implementation in the field was not in accordance with the time schedule at the start of the planning. This is due to the lack of workforce and material delays that affect the project completion time. The purpose of thie research is to know the acceleration that is done after analyzing the critical path ti minimize the occurrence of delays. Therefore it is necessary to carry out an analysis of project management by evaluating the duration of the work which refers to the coefficient Analysis of Unit Price of Work (AHSP) and analyzing the time schedule using the critical path method network planning. The acceleration effort being made is to add manpower to jobs that are included in the critical path, The results of this study indicate that the acceleration duration of 4 days is obtained from the duration of 32 days on critical path work. In this way the project can seve time by adding manpower and spending on labor wages of Rp8.040.000 (Eight milion forty thousand rupiah).
