Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Dan Kompensasiterhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Pt. Egasuti Nasakti Di Petapahan
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment and compensation on employee satisfaction and performance. The population in this study were all permanent employees working at PT. Egasuti Nasakti in Petapahan as many as 124 people. Sampling uses the census method. Data analysis using path analysis help SPSS version 22 program.
The results showed that organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Organizational commitment does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment effects performance through job satisfaction. Compensation effects performance through job satisfaction.
