Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional Provinsi Riau
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, organizational commitment to employee performance and job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Regional Office of the Riau Province Land Agency. The population is all civil servants (PNS) in the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of Riau Province as many as 476 people, the sample collection technique uses proportional stratified random sampling method as many as 217 people. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data through library studies and questionnaires (questionnaires).
The analytical method used in this study is descriptive. Quantitative method, namely path analysis (path analysis) with SPSS ver. 23. The results showed that: (1) leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, (2) organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, (3) job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, (4) leadership has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, (5) organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction
