Analisis Usaha Dan Strategi Pemasaran Agroindustri Tahu (Studi Kasus : Tahu Bapak Kuswardi Di Jl. Gajah Tunggal Desa Tualang Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak)
ABSTRACT
The objectives of this study are: 1) to analyze the tofu agro-industry
business owned by Mr. Kuswardi in Tualang District, Siak Regency from the
aspects of production, processing, technology, marketing, and institutional
management, and 2) to formulate the right marketing strategy for the tofu agroindustry
business owned by Mr. Kuswardi in Tualang District, Siak Regency. This
study was conducted from January to April 2025 using a case study method. The
results of the study showed that the total cost of raw materials was IDR
22.137.500,00. The total production cost in December 2024 was IDR
40.748.438,00 with a total revenue of IDR 57,750,000.00, resulting in a profit of
IDR 17.001.563,00. The final product value is IDR 30.000,00, while the value of
other inputs is IDR 1,720.00. The RCR (Revenue-Cost Ratio) value of 1.4
indicates that this business is feasible to run. The added value obtained was IDR
16.780,00 and the ratio of added value of processed soybeans to tofu was 56%.
Mr. Kuswardi's tofu agroindustry only has one marketing channel, namely zerolevel
marketing (directly from producers to consumers). The recommended
marketing strategy for Mr. Kuswardi's tofu agroindustry is to collaborate with
local shops or stalls so that product distribution is more stable and even and
business actors need to participate in UMKM training and mentoring programs
that include management, innovation, and business development.
