Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Dan Social Media Marketing Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Melalui Kepercayaan Konsumen Pada Produk Im Parfum Di Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Product
Quality and Social Media Marketing on Purchasing Decisions through
Consumer Trust in IM Perfume Products in Pekanbaru City. The
population in this study were people in Pekanbaru City who had
shopped for IM Perfume products. Taking sampling in this study was
carried out using purposive sampling technique using the Lameshow
formula, so that the number of samples in this study were 100
respondents. The data analysis method of this research uses the
Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS)
analysis method with Smart-PLS software version 4.1.1.2.The results
showed that there was a positive and significant influence significant
influence between Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions. There is a
positive and significant influence between Social Media Marketing on
Purchasing Decisions.There is a positive and significant influence
between Product Quality on Consumer Trust. There is a positive and
significant influence between Social Media Marketing on Consumer
Trust. There is a positive and significant influence between Product
Quality on Purchasing Decisions through Consumer Trust. There is a
positive and significant influence between Social Media Marketing on
Purchasing Decisions through Consumer Trust.
