Penyambutan Tamu Oleh Resepsionis Di Front Office Hotel Niagara Parapat Kabupaten Simalungun Provinsi Sumatra Utara
Welcoming guest by the receptionist is one of the services provided hotel to the satisfaction of the guests while staying at hotel. Welcoming guest by the receptionist give a good or bad impression of the first and last hotel service for their guests. Welcoming guest is part of the most basic guest needs. This research was conducted at a four-star hotel (****) at Niagara Parapat Hotel in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province. The purpose of this research is to find out how welcoming guest by reception and guest response to welcoming guest by receptionists at the front office of Niagara Parapat hotel. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. For determine the responses of respondents by questionnaire, observation and documentation data collection techniques. The results of this research, concluded that reception by the receptionist at the Niagara Parapat hotel is Good.
