Persepsi Guru Kelas Tentang Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Di SDN 148 Pekanbaru
In implementing this independent curriculum, various kinds of problems will of course arise, namely from a lack of understanding and preparation by teachers and limited resources (books, technology, facilities and infrastructure, and training for teachers). The aim of this research was to determine class teachers' perceptions regarding implementation independent curriculum at SDN 148 Pekanbaru. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects in this research were class I, II, IV and V teachers at SDN 148 Pekanbaru. Research data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The research data collection instrument was carried out using interview guidelines. Data analysis was used using qualitative data analysis techniques proposed by Miles and Huberman. From the results of data analysis, it is known that the class teacher's perception of the implementation of this independent curriculum is positive and good in implementation and is an improvement from the previous curriculum. The implementation of the independent curriculum has been quite effective. The implementation of the independent curriculum experienced various obstacles experienced by teachers, namely in terms of human resources (HR), in terms of mindset, and in terms of inadequate facilities and infrastructure.
