Pengaruh Pengawasan, Kompensasi Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Rajawali Hiyoto Cabang Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of supervision on discipline, the effect of compensation on discipline, and the effect of organizational culture on employee work discipline in PT. Rajawali Hiyoto Pekanbaru.
Primary data is obtained based on the distribution of questionnaires directly to the respondents who have been determined while secondary data are supporting documents related to the research variables. The data analysis technique used the multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program.
The results of this study indicate: (i) Supervision has a significant effect on discipline (ii) Compensation has a significant on discipline (iii) Organizational culture has no significant effect on discipline (vi) Supervision, compensation and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work discipline in PT. Rajawali Hiyoto Pekanbaru
