Pengaruh Inovasi Produk Serta Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing Dan Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Pisang Goreng Kipas Kuantan II Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine, (1) the effect of product innovation on competitive advantage, (2) the effect of product quality on competitive advantage, (3) the effect of product innovation on customer satisfaction, (4) the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction, (5) the influence competitive advantage on customer satisfaction, (6) the effect of product innovation on consumer satisfaction through competitive advantage, (7) The effect of product quality on customer satisfaction through competitive advantage. The object of this research is the Kuantan II Fan Fried Banana Consumers Pekanbaru. This study uses PLS as a data analysis method. Based on the test results, product innovation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction through competitive advantage. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction through competitive advantage.
