Thin films of Barium Zirconium Titanate (BZT) with the composition BaZr0,8Ti0,2O3, BaZr0,75Ti0,25O3, and BaZr0,7Ti0,3O3 were prepared using the sol-gel method prepared by spin coating at a speed of 3000 rpm for 30 seconds.
