Pengaruh Relationship Marketing Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Dan Word Of Mouth Nasabah Pada Pt. Pegadaian Syariah Kantor Cabang Soebrantas Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of relationship marketing on
customer satisfaction and word of mouth at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Kantor
Cabang Soebrantas PekanbaruThe population in this study includes all customers
who make transactions and have been recorded in the Pegadaian Syariah
customer database Soebrantas Pekanbaru as many as 4920 customers. The
sample in this study used the accidential sampling method, namely sampling
based on the needs of 100 customers. The data analysis method used in this study
is path analysis (path analysis) with the help of the SPSS version 23 program.
The results showed that: 1. Relationship marketing has a positive and
significant effect on customer satisfaction at Pegadaian Syariah Soebrantas
Pekanbaru, 2. Relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on
word of mouth of Pegadaian Syariah Soebrantas Pekanbaru customers, 3.
Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on word of mouth
customers of Sharia Pawnshop Soebrantas Branch Pekanbaru, 4. Relationship
marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer word of mouth
through customer satisfaction at the Pegadaian Syariah Soebrantas Branch of
Pekanbaru.
