Analisis Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Komitmen Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai ASN Pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Dumai
This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of Organizational
Culture and Commitment on Performance through Job Satisfaction of Civil Servants
at Educational Office, Dumai.
The method used in this study is quantitative. The types and sources of data
are primary data obtained from the results of empirical research through the
distribution of questionnaires to employees who were the sample with the number
107 employees. The analysis technique used is SPSS.
The results showed that: (1) Organizational Culture has a direct and
significant effect on employee job satisfaction (2) Organizational Commitment has a
direct and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (3) Organizational Culture
has a direct and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Organizational
Commitment has a direct and significant effect on employee performance (5) Job
satisfaction has a direct and significant effect on employee performance (6)
Organizational culture affects employee performance through job satisfaction (7)
Organizational commitment affects employee performance through job satisfaction.
