ABSTRACT
Before the construction of the MDA building of the Al-Muttaqin Mosque, the Budget Plan (RAB) is one of the main processes carried out to determine the total amount of work costs by outlining each work item starting calculating the volume of work, calculating Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP), calculating detailed Budget Plans (RAB), all of which The calculation refers to the plan drawings, material prices and wages around the construction site and the AHSP of the PUPR Ministerial Decree. As for the purpose of this final project, the author designed the plan for the MDA building of Al-Muttaqin Mosque 2 floors with a building area of 329,8 m², makes a work plan and technical requirements and calculate the budget plan. The results obtained are that the total building cost is Rp.1.473.395.000,00- (one billion four hundred seventy three million three hundred ninety five thousand rupiahs), and the cost per m² of building is Rp.4.467.541,00- (four million four hundred sixty seven thousand five hundred fourty one rupiahs).
