ABSTRACT


This research aims to determine the level of user satisfaction with the attributes of iPhone smartphone products in the city of Pekanbaru. The population in this study were iPhone 11 series smartphone users and above who were purchased new (not used iPhones) in the city of Pekanbaru and the sample size was 100 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The analytical tool used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) with the statistical product and service program (SPSS) version 25. The results of this research indicate that the product attributes that need to be improved are brand popularity and shape. The attributes that must be maintained are style, battery quality, camera quality, memory capacity and security system.
