Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Melalui Keputusan Memilih Produk Kca (Kredit Cepat Aman) Pada Pt. Pegadaian Cabang Pekanbaru Kota
ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction through the decision to choose KCA (Kredit Cepat Aman) products at PT. Pegadaian Pekanbaru City Branch. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with non-probability sampling. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 110 respondents. The approach used in this research is quantitative using the SEM-PLS model and SmartPLS 4.0 software as tools for this research. The results of this research show that: there is a positive and significant influence of service quality on the decision to choose KCA products at PT.Pegadaian Pekanbaru City Branch, there is a positive and significant influence of trust on the decision to choose KCA products at PT.Pegadaian Pekanbaru City Branch, there is a positive and significant influence of service quality on customer satisfaction with KCA products at PT. Pegadaian Pekanbaru City Branch, there is a positive and significant influence of trust on customer satisfaction with KCA products at PT.Pegadaian Pekanbaru City Branch, there is a positive and significant influence on the decision to choose on customer satisfaction with KCA products at PT.Pegadaian Pekanbaru City Branch, there is a positive and significant influence of service quality on customer satisfaction through the decision to choose KCA products at PT.Pegadaian Pekanbaru City Branch, there is a positive and significant influence of trust on customer satisfaction through the decision to choose KCA products at PT.
