PENGARUH HARGA DAN KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN DAN KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA KEDAI KOPI KIMTENG DI KOTA PEKANBARU
This research aims to analyze the direct influence of product price and
quality on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. Research Place at the
Kimteng Pekanbaru coffee shop. The population in this study were all customers
who made repeat purchases at the Kimteng Pekanbaru coffee shop. The sampling
technique used is non-probability sampling using a simple random sampling
method, because the sampling of sample members from the population is carried
out randomly without paying attention to the strata in the population.
Determining the number with a sample of 5 hypotheses plus the number of
variable indicators of 18 multiplied by 5 is used. Thus, the number of samples to
be studied in this research is 110 people. In this research, researchers will use
Path analysis. The results of this research show that there is a positive and
significant influence between price and product quality on purchasing decisions
and there is a positive and significant influence between price and product quality
and purchasing decisions on customer satisfaction. Purchasing decisions are able
to mediate positively and significantly between price and product quality on
customer satisfaction.
