Dampak Kemandirian Mustahik, Keberlanjutan Ekonomi Dan Penerapan Sinergi Penta Helix Dari Pendayagunaan Dana Zakat Produktif Baznas Provinsi Riau

This study aims to analyze the influence of mustahiq independence, economic sustainability, and Penta Helix synergy on the effectiveness of productive zakat funds in enhancing long-term welfare. Using a population of 28,087 recipients of productive zakat programs by BAZNAS in Riau Province, the study employed Quota Sampling to ensure diverse group representation and applied the PLS-SEM method to evaluate program impacts. The findings indicate a high level of intellectual independence among mustahiq in risk analysis and banking services utilization, although financial control requires improvement through training or financial management applications. High Portfolio Risk Ratio (RRP) and low Donation Portfolio Ratio to Assets (DAR) highlight challenges in optimizing zakat fund management, necessitating enhanced mentoring and more effective empowerment fund allocation. Furthermore, Penta Helix synergy coordination needs improvement through regular meetings, incentives, and cross-stakeholder collaboration. The novelty of this research lies in its holistic quantitative approach and the development of new indicators for independence, sustainability, and synergy, providing opportunities for future research to refine statistical methods using robust techniques to ensure accuracy and context-specific results.
