Pengaruh Online Customer Review Dan Persepsi Resiko Terhadap E-Trust Dan Minat Beli Pada E-Commerce Lazada Di Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of online customer review and perceived risk on purchase intention directly and also through mediation of e-trust in e-commerce Lazada in Pekanbaru City. This study uses Structural Equation Modelling – Partial Least Square (SEM – PLS) analysis which is a multivariate statistical analysis method include test of outer model, inner model and hypothesis using software SmartPLS version 4. The samples used in this study amounted to 180 people using purposive sampling technique, namely determining the sample based on certain criteria such as respondents must reside in Pekanbaru City and have visited e-commerce Lazada, aged ≥ 17 years and made online transactions on e-commerce other than Lazada.
The result showed that online customer review have positive and significant effect on perceived risk and e-trust but have non direct effect on purchase intention, while based on the result of testing indirect effect, online customer review have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention through mediation of e-trust. The result also found that perceived risk have positive and significant effect on e-trust and purchase intention both directly and through mediation of e-trust. In addition, the result also showed that e-trust have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention in e-commerce Lazada in Pekanbaru City.
